Facts:
  • During this period the chromosomes are forming as well as the hair, skin, brain, and spinal cord.
  • Nural tubes start to develop.
  • When the egg and sperm meet, it creates either a male or a female gender right of the bat. 
  • To early enough to spot a heart beat.  
  • Ovulation occurs.
  • Conception occurs. 
  • Implantation and circulatory occur as well.
  • Uterus of mother multiplies by 1000 times.
  • Sperm creates the gender of the baby after it fertilizes the egg.
  • Mother gets very tired and gets verry big cravings for certain things.   





Tests for mother.:
    Nuchal translucency Screening (NTS) uses ultrasounds and an
a blood test to determine different birth defects.
     Chorionic Villus Sampling (CVS) determines any current or possible problems with there cromosomes.
